Pack your bags

If this is the first time that you are travelling abroad for medical care, there are a few Dos that you need to follow as your make your preparations.

• Do keep your local doctor apprised so that you can continue your follow ups in your home country
• You will need a Visa invitation letter from Expert Fertility Care to apply for your visa – do send us copies of your passport as well as your attendant’s so that we can send you the letter.
• Once your visa is through and you have booked your flights, do share the details with our International Patients Services.
• Do carry all your important documents – including your passport, visa, hormone and screening test reports, laparoscopy reports, MRIs, Ultrasounds or scans and other pertinent medical documents if you have any.
• Get picked up at the airport

A representative from our Hospital will pick you up at the airport and also assist you with your hotel formalities, if need be.

Help us help you

Government directives mandate that we keep a copy of your passport (the photo and visa page) in our hospital records. Upon your arrival at Expert Fertility Care, please provide your passport (which will be duly returned to you) at the Patient Registration Desk in order to complete your patient registration with us. Upon arrival, within 14 days, you will need to complete the registration with the FRRO (Foreigner Regional Registration Office) which one of your representatives will help you to do the same.
